One More Charming Coins Doll Quilt
I’ve been playing around with the leftover scraps of the doll quilts I’ve been working on lately, and this is the next top I made.

Using The Star Stencil
I’m using the star stencil to mark this quilt to see how easy it is to quilt by hand. If the quilting goes quickly, then I want to do a whole baby quilt using this pattern.

This is what the quilt looks like marked using a Crayola Washable Marker.
There is something very soothing to putting a quilt in the frame. I enjoy having a project ready to go…and the course (or the quilt design) ready to go.

Light Green and Silver Metallic Quilting Thread
These are the two thread colors I will be using to hand quilt this top.

A Wide Shot of the Quilt

A Close Up of the Quilting with the Silver Metallic Thread
I’ve been working on a few other projects involving stars I want to show you.
It’s been raining for about two weeks in the part of Marion County, Oregon where I live! I haven’t been able to take pictures of quilts hanging on the shed for a while, and I haven’t figured out another place to hang my quilts to get a good picture. Maybe the weather will clear up for a day or two, and I can take a few pictures!
Hope life is going well in your area!
